AutoAddy LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("AutoAddy," "we," "us," or "our"), provides a media operations platform for automotive dealership groups. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information through autoaddy.net, the AutoAddy application, and related services.

Information We Collect

We collect account and contact information, such as names, work email addresses, company names, roles, authentication details, billing contacts, and support communications. We also collect platform content that customers upload or manage in AutoAddy, including creative assets, campaign details, compliance notes, dealership information, and related metadata.

We automatically collect limited technical information, including IP address, device and browser data, log events, authentication activity, and usage data needed to secure, operate, troubleshoot, and improve the service. Where a customer uses a native mobile shell, we may collect a device push token to deliver operational notifications that mirror the in-app inbox.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and secure the AutoAddy platform, authenticate users, process invitations, deliver transactional service emails and push notifications, provide support, maintain audit trails, improve product performance, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about account or service matters.

Transactional Email

AutoAddy sends transactional emails from autoaddy.net for account invitations, password reset messages, password change notices, access notices, and other service-related communications. We do not use Amazon SES for purchased lists, rented lists, unsolicited bulk email, or cold marketing campaigns.

How We Share Information

We share information with service providers that help us host, secure, deliver, support, and operate the platform, including cloud hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, payment, and support providers. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with a customer's authorized users and administrators.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use platform data for cross-app advertising tracking.

Security and Retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit, encrypted storage where supported, logging, backups, and operational monitoring. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, preserve audit records, and protect the platform.

Your Choices

Customers may request access, correction, export, or deletion of applicable account information by contacting us. Some information may be retained when needed for security, legal compliance, billing records, backups, or legitimate business purposes.
